Rubin came to the rescue frightened and in pain. He was sick, hungry, dirty, hair matted, and eyes crusty. From his foster mom- " Rubin has been an absolute sweetheart since the first day. Now that he is feeling better, he loves to be petted and cuddled. Even my 4 year old picks him up for snuggles. Rubin hasn't hissed, scratched or even given a sideways look. He is absolutely thriving in a safe, warm, loving environment. We really hope he can find that special family to give him a chance."
